About us

Holland Industriele Diamantwerken BV was established in March 1992 as a contracting and sales company for natural stone restoration. After a few years, we started the development of floor grinding machines, according to our own ideas and experiences in contracting. The contracting activities were entering new markets also such as the concrete- and industrial floors industry. Since 1996 the manufacturing and distribution of floor grinding systems became our core business. To avoid competition with our customers, all contracting activities have been ended. Since the beginning of 1997, the floor grinding systems are sold worldwide under the brand name Diamatic. In 2005 Holland Industriele Diamantwerken BV became part of the Blastrac group.

Headquarters are located in Nieuwegein / The Netherlands, from where worldwide Sales and Service is provided. This facility presents also the Training Centre for concrete-, industrial- and natural stone floors and the R&D Department.

The Diamatic floor grinding systems are based on patented planetary-driven machines combined with specific consumables which create cost-efficient and very effective results. The machines have an excellent reputation and are usable in a wide range of markets because of the various applicable tools. This new technology offers our customers a complete solution.

Besides, Diamatic has also developed a full line of floor scarifiers and the vacuums to suit both lines of equipment and enable all operators to work dust-free.

Around 95 % of the production is exported and sold either directly or via resellers.
Our systems are used worldwide.
