Grinding wings

DIAMATIC wings are designed to be fitted on every DIAMATIC 3-headed planetary grinder, as on similar equipment from other suppliers.

• DIAMATIC wings are suitable for fitting on the revolutionary and patent pending DIAMAG quick release system. Biggest benefit from the DIAMAG system is that users do not need any tools (like hammer / screws / etc) to insert or remove the wings or resin dots from the adapter plates.
• Each wing has got 2 segments with specific “dot” design: each segment is covered with little plugs, which will attack the floor first, thus letting the diamond open much faster, for an optimized grinding efficiency.
• DIAMATIC wings are delivered by sets of 9 pieces: 3 wings for each one of the 3 planetary heads.

RED	soft bond segments for hard floors. BG707301: Grit size 18/20 Grinding of coatings and thin layers. BG707302: Grit size 30/40 Grinding to create suture and/or grinding of top floors. BG707303: Grit size 60/80 Grinding to create suture for water based coatings and/or grinding to get basis for polishing. BG707304: Grit size 120/150 Polishing. Last metal bond step before starting with resin dots.
GREEN	medium bond segments for universal floors. BG707311: Grit size 18/20 Grinding of coatings and thin layers. BG707312: Grit size 30/40 Grinding to create suture and/or grinding of top floors. BG707313: Grit size 60/80 Grinding to create suture for water based coatings and/or grinding to get basis for polishing. BG707314: Grit size 120/150 Polishing. Last metal bond step before starting with resin dots.
BLUE	hard bond segments for soft floors. BG707321: Grit size 18/20 Grinding of coatings and thin layers. BG707322: Grit size 30/40 Grinding to create suture and/or grinding of top floors.
